HR Administrator you will support the business in various HR functions.

Due to growth, the business is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrator to join the team.

As a HR Administrator you will:

HR Records Management:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.

Recruitment Support:


  • Support the on boarding process for new hires.

Benefits Administration:


  • Assist with benefits enrolment and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the effective administration of employee benefits.

Employee Relations:


  • Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and communication of HR policies.
  • Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives and events.

Compliance and Reporting:


  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing HRrelated reports and data analysis as needed.

The successful HR Administrator will have:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to work well under pressure within a fast paced environment
  • IT Efficiency
