Due to growth, the business is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrator to join the team.

As a HR Administrator you will:

HR Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Recruitment Support:
- Support the on boarding process for new hires.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist with benefits enrolment and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the effective administration of employee benefits.
Employee Relations:
- Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and communication of HR policies.
- Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives and events.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing HRrelated reports and data analysis as needed.
The successful HR Administrator will have:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to work well under pressure within a fast paced environment
- IT Efficiency
