    Description Head of EU TVAs part of a prominent organization, our clients Advertising Sales Team focuses on expanding opportunities within the European market across TV and Digital. This role involves leading the revenue strategy for a cutting-edge TV platform across both TV and Mobile in the EU, collaborating with internal and external partners. UK and EU Agency contacts are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:
    •Shape and execute the platform's strategy across Europe, acting as its representative.
    •Utilize advanced programmatic expertise for effective collaboration with technical partners.
    •Drive revenue optimization and fill rates, working closely with senior leadership and country managers.
    •Manage and nurture relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and other partners, ensuring alignment with country-level strategies.
    •Represent revenue strategy internally by collaborating with various functional units, including Business Development, Product Marketing, and Senior Management.
    •Contribute to the overall commercial strategy, assess market trends, and provide regular updates on the platform's business performance.Ideal Candidate:
    •Experience in supply-side or buy-side roles, especially within a large-scale digital video publisher or agency/DSP.
    •Strong understanding of programmatic video sales across both TV and mobile.
    •Excellent external and internal communication skills.
    •Passion for business development, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented.
    •Proven success in full lifecycle sales, with a focus on programmatic video advertising.
    •Strong network in programmatic and preferably CTV.
    •Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment and drive results independently.Success Metrics:
    •Achievement of annual revenue targets for the platform.
    •Implementation and success of a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with internal and external partners.
