    Immediate need for an experienced Company Secretary to join a global engineering business on an initial 6 month FTC basis to support on an ongoing project. City location, hybrid working.

    Only those who can start immediately will be considered for this role.

    Reporting to the Global General Counsel you will take on a broad remit of work supporting their global operations responsible for:

    • Managing and coordinating CoSec matters for c.100 group companies in multiple jurisdictions including: share transfers, share capital injections, share capital reductions, dividends, incorporation/dissolution of companies, incorporation/dissolution of other entities (i.e. branches, representative offices), director and officer changes, shareholder changes and powers of attorney
    • Liaising with external parties such as law firms, corporate service providers and notaries in multiple jurisdictions
    • Drafting board minutes, directors' written resolutions and members/shareholders' resolutions
    • Liaising with internal directors and relevant stakeholders to obtain signatures on CoSec documentation
    • Managing and updating the corporate chart, database and associated filing systems
    • Responding to know your customer (KYC) requests
    • Managing a team of one to two individuals performing CoSec work

    To be considered for this role you will be a qualified company secretary with experience gained in a similar fast paced, global organisation. You will bring a depth of technical knowledge and be able to hit the ground running, managing your own workload to deadlines and be able to adapt quickly within a busy team environment.
