    At Ridgeway, our children are at the heart of everything we do. Ridgeway is a successful 2 form entry primary school in Chasetown.

    We currently have 410 pupils on roll in the main school and a further 200 children accessing Early Years provision in our term time Ridgeway Tots twos group and Sunbeams Nursery and Sunny Days Nursery, which is open all year.

    Ridgeway Primary Academy has an excellent reputation and provides a lively and creative environment in which to work. We gained 'Good' in our most recent Ofsted inspection. Ridgeway Primary School joined Primitas Learning Partnership on 1 st June 2022. The Primitas Learning Partnership is a cross phase MAT serving the local area which opened in September 2021.

    Currently there are seven schools within the partnership:
    two high Schools, four Primary schools and a special school. The Trust provides opportunities for the schools to work collaboratively to support school improvement.

    We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher who shares our vision for delivering an exciting curriculum to join our staff team, full time, temporary (with the potential to become permanent) from the 1 st September 2024.

    Has a drive to be outstanding with high expectations of pupils' achievements, attainment and behaviour
    Is brimming with ideas and enthusiasm and has excellent subject knowledge of the KS1 primary national curriculum or the EYFS curriculum
    able to motivate and inspire pupils and staff who has a commitment to their own personal and professional development
    Is willing to contribute to the life of the school and its community and to go over and above to make great things happen for our children
    A commitment to continuing your professional development
    A highly supportive LGB and staff team who work hard to ensure children achieve the very best outcomes both academically and socially
    Lively, happy, well-motivated children who are keen and eager to learn
    Opportunities for collaboration with schools within the Primitas Learning Partnership.

    Therefore, our staff wellbeing strategy is at the heart of our ongoing improvement work, meaning that middle and senior leaders are committed to ensuring that all staff are happy, cared for, listened to and professionally equipped to fulfil their role to the highest possible standard.
