- Advise and assist in the implementation of legislation, regulations and best practice relating to alternative funds and their marketing and distribution.
- Manage legal risk in relation to the Global Alternatives business in accordance with group policy requirements.
- Support and to fully participate in and support the strategic objectives of the wider Legal Function. This includes supporting the creation of a supportive, inclusive and enabling working environment.
- E&W Qualified 1-4PQE
- Trained and Qualified at an International Law firm ideally
- Experience and knowledge of funds or private equity, private credit, infrastructure debt and venture capital
- Experience in alternative funds is ideal not essential
