Job Overview:
Duties:
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
- Contact customers to remind them of outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans with debtors
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting software
Job Types:

From £24,000.00 per year
