Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
  • Contact customers to remind them of outstanding debts
  • Negotiate payment plans with debtors
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Update account status records and collection efforts
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage
  • Familiarity with accounts payable processes
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Experience with Sage or similar accounting software

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
