Due to continued expansion, Advantage Finance Ltd is looking to further increase our team and are looking to recruit a number of dynamic office based professionals, for the role of a Collections Officer, to work in our busy offices in central Grimsby.

We continue to innovate and invest strongly in our IT infrastructure to ensure we can stay ahead in a competitive market space.


The Role


You will report to a Team Leader who will help guide you through our new employee induction process, ensuring you have the support and training needed to excel and reach your full potential.


Key responsibilities will include proactively engaging with customers to discuss any payment problems they may be experiencing and helping them to reach the most suitable forbearance option for their individual circumstances and deliver the best outcome for them.


Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to connect with a wide variety of customers from diverse backgrounds and deliver class-leading customer care.


Finance is a highly regulated industry and this means you will need to have sound knowledge and be able to demonstrate the relevant rules and regulations.

While previous experience is desirable it is not essential as we will invest in you Via our Policy Hub training system to ensure you are always confident in your role.

Previous Call Centre and Collections experience will be preferred.

However, if you can demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help customers we can provide all the relevant training to help you reach your full potential.

£21,225.00-£24,000.00 per year
