    Description

    Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic business in the Keighley area as they look to recruit a Finance Assistant into their team on a full time, permanent basis.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Processing payments & receipts for the group of companies across several countries and in a number of currencies
    • Banking cash and cheques, supplier payments ,customer refunds and reward vouchers, Direct Debit collections
    • Processing expenses claims
    • Reconciliation and coding of Credit Card returns
    • Reconciling bank statements
    • General administrative work such as filing, scanning, telephone calls and emails
    • Work in other functions in Finance as required to cover holidays & sickness

    Person Specification:

    • Proven experience working in a finance or accounting role
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
    • Experience of SAP ideal but not essential as full training is given
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
