    The Client

    Our client is a Birmingham-based agency that have been established for 30 years with a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients across three specialisms. As an agency they work across brand, digital, direct marketing, sales promotion, PR, social media and events so every day is different.     The Role

    As Senior Account Manager you will help to develop and maintain successful relationships and projects within the agencies automotive team. You will develop close relationships and collaborate with your clients who are some of the most renowned and prestigious automotive brands in the industry. You will understand their needs, create excellent creative solutions, problem solve as well as managing and exceeding your clients' expectations. Brilliant organisations skills are important to ensure that you are working to timescales and budgets to deliver complex projects. You will also use your commercial acumen by identifying ways to grow client accounts through business opportunities.

    About You

    · Existing Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within an Agency environment

    · Automotive experience desirable but not necessary

    · Confident and articulate

    · Curious, collaborative and able to support across a variety of projects through to completion

    · Enjoy working across multiple marketing projects simultaneously

    · Keen interest in communication, and marketing

    · Good communication and presentation skills

    · Comfortable contributing on calls to clients and participating in meetings

    · Willingness to learn and develop

    · Personable, and able to work effectively with a variety of different people.

    · Organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

    · Effective communicators, both verbally and in writing.

    · Persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback.

    · Flexible, and able to solve problems.

    · Resilient and positive in difficult situations.
