Our app delivers over 1,000 workouts, with 22 coaches, across 24 disciplines and is accessible at home, in the gym, or on the go.

Role description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team.

As the Head of Marketing at WithU, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.

You will be responsible for leading a talented marketing team, overseeing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.

What does the role look like?

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement through innovative and effective marketing campaigns
Lead, mentor, and inspire a highperforming marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
Collaborate with the Product team to ensure product messaging and positioning align with market needs and target audience.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyse key marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make datadriven decisions.
Line report to CMO

You'll have the following:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the fitness, health, or tech industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating highperforming teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make datadriven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience working in a fastpaced startup environment is desirable.

Logistics:

**Hybrid role with two days in the Chiswick office to sync with required teams.
