    WithU is an award-winning audio-led fitness app available globally on Android and iOS. We are an exciting and ambitious start-up that launched to market in 2020 and has since become one of the fastest-growing fitness products in the UK. In 2023 we also launched a new product in partnership with Sky TV, which is currently revolutionising the future of fitness.

    Role Description:

    Great marketing ensures we offer an inspirational and compelling customer experience, which means we must understand how our customers consume and experience WIthU and present the brand in an effective and personalised way.

    With a significant focus on using data to drive subscriptions and improve customer experience - we're super excited for what's to come.



    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with our CRM Manager to execute strategies that foster customer retention and loyalty.
    • Utilise CRM tools and systems to analyse customer data and derive actionable insights.
    • Build, test and QA campaigns and customer lifecycle journeys.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives.
    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of CRM programs, adjusting strategies as needed.
    • Segment customer databases for personalised marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct regular analysis of customer feedback and behaviour to enhance overall customer experience.
    • Implement and manage customer loyalty programs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM, implementing them into the business where possible

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a CRM Executive with a minimum of 2 years.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and related tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
