- Work closely with our CRM Manager to execute strategies that foster customer retention and loyalty.
- Utilise CRM tools and systems to analyse customer data and derive actionable insights.
- Build, test and QA campaigns and customer lifecycle journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of CRM programs, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Segment customer databases for personalised marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular analysis of customer feedback and behaviour to enhance overall customer experience.
- Implement and manage customer loyalty programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM, implementing them into the business where possible
- Proven experience as a CRM Executive with a minimum of 2 years.
- Proficiency in CRM software and related tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
