Quad FS Advertising

SAV Credit

Developed and delivered a strategy which produced 320,000 sub- prime credit cards in 24 months. 

Lead the team that integrated 1.2 million card holders from the Marbles (HFC) and John Lewis card portfolios into SAV.

EGG

Increased out standings from £600million to 1.8billion in three years.

Created marketing campaigns that increased average daily applications from 1,300 to 3,700.

Developed cross selling strategy which produced £14 million of gross profit from insurance sales.

Implemented a total online/paperless/cheque less strategy adding £12 million to the bottom line.

Directed the build and launched the Boots credit card integrated with the Boots reward programme via the first credit card activated chip.

Amex 

Increased account acquisition by 8% through a strategy of partnerships throughout Europe including Accor, Roma and Latvia Football clubs etc. and the launch of the Blue Card the first Amex credit card.

Launched new rewards programme for airlines which increased spend by 28%.

MBNA

Delivered a comprehensive marketing strategy which delivered £620 million in out standings in one year.

Acquired 4% UK market share from zero in 2 years. Launched MBNA Ireland and Spain.
