    We are excited to bring you another exciting opportunity as part of our growth here at GAP Plastics.

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, focused, driven Depot Manager to head up our brand-new depot opening in SittingbourneAs a Depot Manager in one of our brand new depots, you will lead all aspects of the depot from sales, people, and operational strategy.

    Salary is competitive with an industry-leading uncapped commission structure.


    Depot Manager Key Responsibilities:


    You are there to drive your team - Motivating your team of operatives, highlighting training needs and strengths to get the team working efficiently, ultimately achieving great resultsDrive sales – build rapport with customers, promote our product lines, merchandising and stock management.

    Revenue targets & KPIs - Improving the profit and customer retention is in your handsThe depot is yours – give your depot a personality like yours and your teams Make it a great place for your customer and team alikeYou will make a great Depot Manager with:Previous UPVC/Building Plastics knowledge would be fantastic, although training is provided so this isn't essentialExcellent understanding of health and safety practicesExperience with maximising profitability and profit marginsLocal trade knowledgeProven management experienceExcellent communication skills at all levelsDrive and ambition to grow the depotIf you think you have the necessary skills, experience, and personal qualities to join us, please don't hesitate in sending your CV for immediate consideration
