    REVIEWS ADMINISTRATOR
    £18 - £20 PHR UMBRELLA

    3 MONTHS CONTRACT, 36 HRS PW

    2 DAYS IN OFFICE , 3 DAYS WORK FROM HOME


    OFFICE BASED IN HOUNSLOW
    To be considered for this role, you must have recent expereince within housing or a council setting. The ideal candidate would already be familiar with reviews and homelessness.

    Position Overview:

    As a Reviews Administrator within our esteemed London council, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the fair and efficient processing of reviews and appeals related to various council services and decisions.

    Your responsibilities will revolve around managing the review process, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding procedural fairness.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Review Process Management:

    • Receive, assess, and assign review requests according to established procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to statutory deadlines and internal guidelines throughout the review process.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for review cases.

    Administrative Support:

    • Prepare and distribute correspondence related to review cases, including acknowledgment letters, decision notifications, and procedural updates.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of review cases, including documentation of correspondence, decisions, and relevant details.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and statistical analysis regarding review activities as required.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Serve as a point of contact for individuals seeking information or guidance on the review process.
    • Liaise with internal departments, legal advisors, and external agencies as necessary to facilitate the review process and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
    • Attend meetings and hearings related to review cases, providing administrative support and facilitating communication between parties.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct regular reviews of administrative procedures and documentation to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure consistency and fairness in decision-making.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and resources for staff involved in the review process
