The role

Mechanical design position open in a 4-person mechanical design team. You'll be developing electric powertrains, drives, machines, and inverters. The role covers CAD design and stress analysis and CFD work.

Skills Overview

Experience with Mechanical Design of Electric Motors and Gearboxes.

Experience with 3D CAD software (Solidworks preferred, but open for others).

Experience with bearings, gears, seals and cooling systems.

Experience with assembly and prototype tooling, jigs and fixtures.

Experience with 2D drawings, GD&T, design for manufacture, FMEA.

Hands-on to build the prototypes

Desirable experience with Inverter design.

Desirable experience with Mechanical Stress analysis and CFD.
