As a HR Advisor your duties will include:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Provide professional advice and guidance to team managers
- Provide training and coaching
- Provide support with attendance and sickness management
- Identify trends and areas for improvement across the team
- Assist with the continuous improvement of internal HR policies and procedures
As a HR Advisor you will have the following the skills:
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor is essential
- CIPD Qualification
- Level 5 or above
- Ideally experience working in Financial Services or a regulated environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
