As a HR Advisor your duties will include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to team managers
  • Provide training and coaching
  • Provide support with attendance and sickness management
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement across the team
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of internal HR policies and procedures

As a HR Advisor you will have the following the skills:

  • Previous experience as a HR Advisor is essential


  • CIPD Qualification

  • Level 5 or above
  • Ideally experience working in Financial Services or a regulated environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
