Overview of Responsibilities/duties:

Manage full circle accounts payable processes for Europe/US entities working closely with the Accounts Payable Team
Develop and maintain productive business relationships with internal and external vendors through timely and accurate payments and communications
Develop, implement, maintain, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with internal and regulatory policies
Assist with employee expense reimbursement process
Monthly bank reconciliations
Adhoc requests and reporting for the business

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

Four or more years of experience in an Accounts/Finance department
Organized, proactive with excellent attention to detail
Good communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
Ability to selfmanage and work as part of a team
Ideally, experience in Microsoft D365, although not essential
