Description

Working within a professional membership body representing a community of over 11,500 investment professionals in the UK, seeking an Education Marketing Manager to join their team.

The purpose of this role will contribute to developing a positive customer journey from the point of interest in a qualification through to sitting the exam.

This is a hybrid role. You are only required to be in the office 6 times a month, role based inTower Hill.

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with their line manager, the Senior Customer Experience Manager, and the Director of Education, to regularly review and evolve the strategy.
Key responsibilities include strategy and planning, working with data and systems and marketing delivery.

Key Skills:

Experience in running qualification marketing campaigns within membership organisations or professional bodies.
Experience in using CMS and CRM packages
Strong interest in the customer and understanding of the marketing opportunities to maximise the impact
Experience in acquisition
Social media experience on all platforms
