    We are looking for a Change Manager to join our Head Office in Kings Hill, Kent, supporting our European team on an 18 month fixed term contract

    This is a brand-new role for Westfalia Fruit which will require you to lead the successful adoption of behavioural and standard operating practice change across Westfalia Fruit's European operations by developing and implementing effective change management strategies.

    You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition by fostering a positive employee experience, aligning new work methods with business goals, and managing change.

    Design targeted communication and training to address concerns and foster understanding.
    Implement programs and guides to support user adoption and mitigate risks.
    Coach project teams and department leads on change management techniques.
    Demonstrate understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
    Use change management tools to manage risks and adapt strategies based on data.
    Define success metrics and monitor progress with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    Change management expertise in large, complex organisations
    Previous success managing global, multi-layered projects
    Skilled in stakeholder engagement, resistance management, and consensus-building
    Effective in influencing and negotiating, with fluency in English and either French or German
    Proficient in project management within fast-paced environments
    Competency in data analysis and reporting tools for tracking change progress
    Certification in change management from a recognised certifying body (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Change Management Institute)
