- Provide
efficient management of all stock assurance/integrity issues on behalf of the
Stock Integrity Manager in terms of the custodianship of circa 240k stocked
lines with a approximate valuation of £7.6bn. - Managerial
responsibility for the Stock Control and Discrepancy Report Teams comprising 28
posts located at mainly at Donnington with a small presence at Bicester. The
primary role is delivery of Stock-taking and 100% Stock Location Check Programmes,
Discrepancy Report & Write-Off management. - Drive
performance through the implementation, management, and review of KPI data on a
weekly basis to drive required output and behaviours within the department. - Responsible for support and input to
the design, development and implementation of continuous improvement programmes
and initiatives to deliver advances in stock integrity processes. - Identify and monitor all
training requirements for the department, particularly mandated training, to
ensure full compliance with business requirements. - Knowledge of Materiel Accounting
- Knowledge of Stock Control/Integrity procedures.
- Ability
to manage a large team and implement objectives, KPIs and continuous
improvement to meet overall company and customer goals. - Excellent problem-solving skills with an
analytical eye when providing root cause analysis to implement a solution. - A
keen interest in process improvement with experience using six sigma and lean
process improvement methodologies. - Proficient
with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint -
