In this role, you will work as Ecommerce Channel Manager, reporting into the E-commerce Manager within our Global Ecommerce Team focussing on Health & Medical in the UK .
The role of the Ecommerce Channel Manager in the newly created global team will be to provide account management to Inco and Medical EOS customers, to grow in line with UK net sales budgets.
Excellent communication will ensure you maintain regular interaction and relationship building with your team, and collaboration with other stakeholders across the business will be essential to your success.
This is a permanent, remote based role (anywhere in the UK) but ideally located near to our offices in Dunstable as occasional travel to this site and other sites around Europe will be required as necessary.
Account Management - responsible Inco and Medical EOS customers to grow in line with UK Net Sales budget
Providing commercial recommendations to Ecommerce customers and D2C webshop to maintain sales in line with UK Net Sales budget
Leading and managing UK Inco and Medical B2C category management activities including product launches and changes
Leading and managing UK Inco and Medical e-commerce annual promotional calendar including UK assets with local marketing and rebates with finance
Localising ECommerce content and asset development in conjunction with Global Media and Content Manager (Amazon) and local market (non-Amazon)
Supporting the ECommerce Manager with developing UK Annual Strategy for Inco and Medical
Supporting the ECommerce Manager with growing UK market in line with ECommerce Customer Landscape
Demonstrable experience within UK ECommerce
Experience in ECommerce Customer Account Management
Results oriented with proven track record in ECommerce growth
Courage to propose solutions and recommendations in response to developing opportunities and managing risks
Flexibility for some travel to UK customer/internal meetings and EU team meetings/training where required
If you can demonstrate management of Ecommerce operations and having worked within a global set-up, then even better.
