    Are you an experienced Pension Manager specialising in the delivery of schemes and services and seeking an exciting new challenge? If so then look no furtherWe are currently partnered with a leading pensions organisation, supporting them in their search to appoint a Pensions Manager as part of the growth to their specialist outsourced management division.

    This role would see you lead the day-to-day contact & management for clients as part of a wider pensions & scheme secretarial team, managing the effective delivery of their pension scheme & supported services.

    The appointments you could be working on will be varied and could include anything from agenda setting and minute writing, to project and advisor management, so we are seeking someone with the capability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues across a multi-site business.


    Main responsibilities in this role would include:

    Acting as the lead support for client's pension teams, as the day-to-day contact for clients and scheme advisorsDelivering scheme secretarial responsibilities on either a permanent or interim basisOversee and maintain services inline with client's needs, quality standards and governance regulationsMonitor budgets and ensure recovery and profitability with minimal write-offLead on client pensions management projects.

    Assist with the implementation and refinement of processesParticipate in business development opportunities as requiredIdentify and share opportunities for service improvement and enhancements through client conversations and proposing revenue generating opportunities.

    In order to be considered for this role, our client is seeking individuals with:

    Solid pensions management experienceExperience in a role which included working with an occupational pension schemeDemonstrable understanding of pensions legislation, regulations and scheme management compliance & a technical understanding of both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.

    Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical points to clients and wider team members.
    Ability to prioritise and work to client deadlines.
