You'll be part of a professional
HR team that uses specialist knowledge to play a lead role in the smooth running of a multi-functional, diverse and global
organisation. Dividing our
HR focus between Business Partnering, Learning and Development, Recruitment and Operations, we work together to deliver
excellence to the business.

HR realities and set the standards for recruitment excellence.

About the Role
You will need to analyse and present market data to report trends/responsible for talent mapping across all markets e.g. by position, function and geography.
You will work with Head of Recruitment and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to develop recruiting strategies that attract diverse talent.

About You
You have strong experience in in-house recruitment, ideally in an international, matrixed organisation.
You are comfortable working in high complexity, high volume environments and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
You have strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
You are skilled at managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders, often remotely. As such, you are sensitive to cultural differences and working
practices across borders.
You demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a drive to "get things right".
You have a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion.
