My client in Basingstoke is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join their friendly team.

You will coordinate project delivery activities, support and provision of all products sold to both existing and new customers while delivering exceptional customer service to their clients.

Responsibilities:

Coordination of multiple projects for both new and existing clients.

Coordinate project delivery activities, resources, equipment and information.

Coordinate projects into achievable actions and set timeframes whilst ensuring clients needs are met.

Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives whilst exceeding their expectations.

Liaising with external carriers & suppliers.

Ensure all aspects of the project is delivered and closed including billing.

Analyse risk and opportunities, scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project coordinator and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.

To ensure we are regularly communicating with all stakeholders/clients whilst exceeding their expectations.

Maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders whilst ensuring we provide a unified service from supplier to client.

Develop, implement, and maintain procedures of best practices and standards.

Full and in depth understanding of all your individual projects.
