    Description

    Client Service Specialist (Corporate Healthcare)

    Location: Southampton

    Salary: £28,000-£30,000

    Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

    About the Job:

    Join a dynamic team within the Financial Services sector as a Client Service Specialist focusing on Corporate Healthcare. In this role, you'll take charge of managing internal healthcare benefits and overseeing corporate client schemes.

    • Ensure the smooth operation of healthcare benefits such as PMI, Cashplan, Dental, and Travel on a daily basis.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Consultants, the Reward Team, and providers at all levels.
    • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day administration tasks and promptly address queries.
    • Coordinate scheme administration activities including invoicing, client inquiries, underwriting, and communication materials.
    • Manage data gathering for scheme renewals, conduct thorough data audits, and ensure accuracy.
    • Collaborate with the Reward Team on benefit windows, webtext input, benefit confirmations, and rate provision.
    • Assist in M&A activities by facilitating group transitions into main policies.
    • Generate client reports as requested by Sales Consultants and ensure correspondence accuracy.
    • Maintain up-to-date client records in the system and provide professional telephone support for all stakeholders.
    • Handle complaints effectively, support new business opportunities, and uphold a high standard of service delivery.
    • Display expertise in technical knowledge and exemplary behaviors, setting a positive example.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Customer service experience is essential.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
    • IF7 certification is desirable.
    • Prior experience in the financial services industry and healthcare sector is crucial.
