Property Claims Manager / Handler

Hertfordshire

£32,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience

We are currently recruiting for a Property Claims Manager / Handler on behalf of our client, a growing and dynamic property insurance business based within the High Net Worth and Complex Property Claims sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, customer focused business, managing your own portfolio of Property Claims from cradle to grave, whilst leading a team of 3 Property Claims Handlers.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering outstanding communication with all parties involved in the claim, including policyholders, insurers, adjusters, and subcontractors.
Triaging the initial instruction and instructing all relevant parties as needed.
Managing expectations effectively.
Producing clear, effective estimates and other reports.
Managing all claims related administration.
Providing recommendations for the best solutions and approach on claims.

Key Requirements

Previous Property Claims handling experience is essential, with experience within High Net Worth and Complex Loss preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Office 365.
