I am pleased to be partnering with a global technology business in their search for a HR Operations Partner.

With customers in over 40 countries, they are a leader in their field and are looking for a HR Partner to join their supportive and experienced HR team based at the head office in Newcastle City Centre.

If you are an experienced Senior HR Advisor/HR Business Partner looking for a true generalist role working a forward thinking, people focussed business then this could be the perfect next step for your career.

Working as part of the HR team to guide the business through change in a global/matrix environment.


The role:

  • Coaching, guiding and influencing senior stakeholders will play a key part in the HR Operations Partner role, so being able to communicate effectively and influence decisions that are right for the employee and the business is essential.
  • Having up to date and practical knowledge of current HR laws and practises is required as you will be supporting an area of the business that covers UK and Europe. European HR law would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Provide accurate, constructive and commerciallyfocused advice to managers all employee relations matters. Including disciplinary, grievance case, performance and absence management

The person:

  • The ability to deliver an expert & credible, trustworthy solutionled service to the workforce
  • A proven ability to work with a team and produce successful results
  • Work well and deliver in a pressurized environment and manage conflicting priorities with the tenacity to ensure every project or task is completed to a high standard
This is a full time permanent contract, Hybrid working is encouraged with more of an emphasis on home working. There is the option to hot desk when required at the Newcastle office which is based on the Quayside.


Salary up to £37,500 with a host of benefits such as Westfield Health plan, pension contributions, 25 days + bank holidays (increasing with service) as well as 2 charity days per year.
