Employment Support Officer:
We are looking to recruit two
Employment Support Officers to work in our co-located teams within NHS Talking Therapies.
The Employment Advisor (EA) in Talking Therapies project is a holistic support service that provides integrated psychological and employment support to enable people to stay in or take up work.
The successful applicant will deliver high quality employment support, alongside Talking Therapies clinicians who deliver CBT based therapy.Organisation

The successful applicants will be delivering employment support to people with common mental health conditions, who are either- In work but struggling;
- In work but off sick/suspended from work; or
- Out of work.
We are looking for skilled, proactive and flexible individuals who will really make a difference to adults employment needs and support them to progress in their lives.
You will offer 1-2-1 support to adults across the South Cheshire and Vale Royal area, predominantly working from home, with occasional working within Talking Therapies service settings across the area when appropriate.
The EAs in Talking Therapies delivery model has been designed as an integrated service that brings together employment advice and support with Talking Therapies provision.
Therapists and EAs are expected to work collaboratively to deliver a personalised service to clients based on their individual needs.
