An award winning international law firm are seeking a Learning and Development Manager for a permanent opportunity. This is a great opportunity for a senior advisor looking to take a step up.

About the Role

This is a broad role covering professional and business services skills training

Duties include:

Design & delivery of professional skills programmes
Supporting with the implementation of the L&D strategy
Managing sessions and workshops
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Design & delivery of professional skills programmes

with a focus on the business services population

Advising on development gaps and making recommendations for solutions
Leading projects

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working a learning and development role ideally within a law firm or professional services with experience of both design and delivery.

Experience of working internationally is an asset.
