A market leader within the electrical distribution industry is looking for a sales-focused Branch Manager to run their established operation in Milford Haven.

You'll be rewarded with a salary of up to £50K plus a lucrative bonus based on your success.

Be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to develop company performance and revenue
From a branch management or strong B2B sales background within the wholesale distribution or trade sector (e.g. electrical, builders merchant, tools, plumbing and heating, etc.)
Knowledgeable with regard to the local area
An excellent negotiator who is able to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities
Starting salary of £40,000 – £50,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
