Join the UK's fastest growing variety store chains as their new Team Leader in the Leven store.

Monday-Sunday, 5 days per week, 44 hours weekly.
Opening hours between 8am - 8pm.

Duties:

  • Ensuring a safe environment for all colleagues and customers
  • Collaborate with management team daily to understand store development priorities
  • Supporting new and existing colleagues with training and development
  • Providing assistance to colleagues to ensure delivery of excellent customer service
  • Assist colleagues in delivering stores merchandise standards

Experience:

  • Experience working in a fast paced retail or hospitality environment
  • Experience leading a team in a retail or hospitality environment
