We are currently seeking a
Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Westminster, West London.


The school wishes to recruit an outstanding higher level teaching assistant who is committed to providing pupils with ambition and a love of learning whilst supporting pupils to develop the communication skills, courage and resilience that they need to embrace their future lives with confidence.


  • Holds a technical/professional qualification related to the role. e.g. HLTA status other relevant qualifications at level 2 or
  • Is qualified to GCSE level in English and Maths and is competent in IT
  • Has a working knowledge of the EYFS framework and National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 and
  • Has the ability to plan, and deliver specified work to individual pupils, groups and the whole class under the direction of a qualified teacher
  • Has skills and expertise in understanding the needs of all pupils
  • Has high expectations of children's achievement, progress and behaviour
  • Is a proactive team member
  • Is able to build relationship with parents, staff and children
  • Will respect and maintain confidentiality
  • Is committed to promoting the ethos and values of the school

£75.00-£95.00 per day
