Description

As the Technical Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our Quality, Food Safety, and Product Integrity Management Systems.

Your primary objective will be to ensure adherence to legal and customer standards, guaranteeing the delivery of safe, authentic, and superior-quality products to our customers and consumers.

Additionally, you'll be instrumental in propelling our company forward, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive food safety and quality culture within the organization.

• Manage and facilitate technical/quality visits and audits from customers/marketing groups, as well as maintain day-to-day technical relationships with customer technical teams.
• Maintain Food Safety, Product Integrity, Quality Management Systems, and Specifications.
• Foster a positive food safety and quality culture across all departments within the organization.
• Manage the internal audit schedule to verify compliance with HACCP Systems, Quality Management Systems, and legal/customer requirements.
• Manage overall service levels, customer complaints, and rejections, including root cause analysis and corrective action plan completion.
• Manage supplier/contractor due diligence.

• Extensive experience food manufacturing environment, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and experience in managing BRC food safety standards.
