AJ Chambers are seeking an experienced and motivated Development Solicitor to join the growing team of experts at this highly regarded law firm in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented solicitor to handle a wide range of complexreal estate transactions and provide outstanding legal advice to clients.

Responsibilities include:

Advising on nationally significant regeneration schemes, mixed use, urban extensions, purchase of development and strategic land, joint ventures and collaborations an the development and disposal of residential housing.
Residential & Commercial Development work, including options, promotions, land sales and acquisitions
Negotiating and drafting contracts and other legal documents
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working collaboratively with other teams, such as planning, construction, corporate and property finance.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' experience in Real Estate development law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
