Description
Contract: 35 hours per week (to include evenings and weekends)

Wage:
£7-£8 per hour (increasing to RLW successful completion of apprenticeship

Dependant on experience - the successful applicant will be signed up for Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship, or a Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship (experience dependant)


Key duties include:

  • Welcoming young people and other visitors to the building (internal and external)
  • Signing in young people to our busy youth & play sessions
  • Communicate with parents/caregivers face to face or over the telephone
  • Ensure all young people's memberships are up to date
  • Managing room bookings, to include the setting up of rooms and any refreshments required, and managing the room diaries
  • Managing all communications through our media channels
  • Using our CRM system to input data
  • Ensuring the reception area is always kept organised and clean
  • Completing admin tasks for the wider team
