    HR Advisor

    • Annual Salary: £30,701 - £36,800 (DOE)
    • Location: Central London
    • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

    Reed HR are working with a Charity based in Central London who are seeking a HR Advisor with a strong background in employee relations. This role offers the chance to contribute to the growth and development of the organisation and will be responsible for a variety of HR issues, including HR policies and employment law, and all aspects of the employee lifecycle

    Day to Day of the role:

    • Provide HR support to colleagues and managers across the organisation on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
    • Offer advice on the implementation of policies and procedures.
    • Respond to queries and provide pragmatic advice to resolve employee relations issues, including probation, attendance, performance management, and leaver processes.
    • Act as a HR business partner, implementing processes for regular HR input and guidance.
    • Provide support on Employee Relations casework including Disciplinaries, grievances and investigations
    • Draft occupational health reports and support HR team with project work.
    • Oversee the HR operations inbox and coach HR Administrators when necessary.
    • Support the Head of HR and HR Manager with reporting and data analysis.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting managers with first-level employee relations cases.
    • Advising managers and staff about HR policies and processes.
    • Knowledge of HR best practice and workplace trends.
    • Working knowledge of employment law.
