Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our growing client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing IT support up to 3rd line level, with a strong focus on M365, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, and Networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support to resolve complex IT issues up to 3rd line level.
• Design, implement, and manage M365, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, and Networking solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based services, including email, identity management, and network connectivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Continuously monitor and optimize IT systems to ensure maximum performance, security, and reliability.
• Document technical processes, procedures, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a Senior IT Engineer role, with expertise in supporting IT infrastructure up to 3rd line level.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with M365, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, and Networking technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent qualifications would be advantageous.

Offering a salary of up to £45,000 and 2 days per week in Gloucester.
