A quick overview

The Technology Consultant will help drive the growth of nChain Technology's business and grow the client pool. She/he will work close with senior management, project team, technology experts to develop a customized solution for the clients. The Technology Consultant will not only participate in client portfolio expansion but also work closely with Product Owners to correlate market demands with the product team roadmap as well as educating clients and prospects to the benefit/added value of Web3 solutions (i.e. Blockchain).

We expect you to


Digital Consultation:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, providing expert guidance on digital transformation strategies.


Market Research:
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for clients.


Technology Assessment:
Evaluate clients' existing digital infrastructure and processes, recommending appropriate technologies and solutions for enhancement.


Data-Driven Insights:
Utilize data analytics to extract actionable insights, providing clients with meaningful recommendations for continuous improvement.


Project Implementation:
Lead and support the implementation of digital projects,
collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.


Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and fostering long-term partnerships.


Thought Leadership:

Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, innovations, and best practices, and share your expertise through thought leadership initiatives.


Team Development:
Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Experience & REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for
Experiences
Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Web 3, Digital Technologies, etc.).
Proven experience as a Technology Consultant, with a minimum of 5 years.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand clients' challenges and craft tailor-made digital solutions to address their specific needs.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, able to articulate complex Web3 concepts to clients and internal teams effectively.
Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring junior consultants and cross-functional
teams.

Technology Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies that align with clients' business goals and drive digital transformation.


Technology Integration:
Advise clients on the adoption and integration of emerging technologies, such as blockchain, and cloud solutions.


Project Management:
Oversee and lead the implementation of blockchain projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations
