    We have an excellent opportunity for an Oracle E-Business Suite Team Manager to join our expanding delivery function.

    This role will take ownership of our Oracle operations, as we continue to provide best in class Oracle support to an ever-growing customer list.

    Reporting to the CEO, this role will manage our Oracle E-Business Suite resources and consultants, ensuring that we are providing the best level of functional and technical Oracle support to our customer base.

    As an Oracle SME, you will be tasked with ensuring that our Oracle support continues to be delivered efficiently, effectively, and professionally.

    This is a flexible role in terms of location and can be fully remote, based part-time or full-time in our offices in Thatcham, Berkshire, or in our offices in Hyderabad, India, or Dubai.

    Being Support Revolution's lead Oracle E-Business Suite SME, operating as the day-to-day management point for Oracle related activities
    Leading, guiding and supervising the successful delivery of a range of Oracle projects
    Management of a team of Oracle E-Business Suite consultants, including regular 121s, monthly, quarterly, and yearly appraisals
    Contributing to wider pre-sales activity, and supporting the sales team on the sales process when needed
    Ensuring continuous compliance with internal policies and governance
    Ensuring that processes around the Oracle function are continuously improved

    Being an Oracle SME is essential for this role, as is at least 15 years' experience of managing and delivering Oracle E-Business Suite projects and support contracts.

    In-depth experience with Oracle E-Business Suite environments and systems, with ideally a functional Oracle background covering a range of modules including Financials, HR and Payroll.

    ~15+ years' experience in delivering Oracle E-Business Suite projects is essential
    ~ A strong overall understanding of Oracle products
    ~ Demonstrable experience of running Oracle based projects tracking time and cost using tools such as Microsoft Projects to an expert level.
    ~ Previous experience in leading, developing and growing a team of Oracle consultants
    ~ Experience in an Oracle consultancy, or in a lead Oracle consultancy position, would be strongly beneficial
