    Join Our Team as a Paediatric Nurse in Tewkesbury

    Established in 2006, Superior Healthcare was founded based on personal experience providing care for a family member with an acquired brain injury. Today, we specialize in offering comprehensive nurse-led services at home for individuals with long-term health conditions.

    Client Details:

    In Tewkesbury, we collaborate closely with a caring family to deliver specialized care to their son, who has clinical requirements such as Cerebral Palsy, sight and hearing challenges, and PEG feeding. He receives round-the-clock assistance from a dedicated team of nurses and healthcare assistants.

    Shifts:

    • Commitment to 2 regular shifts weekly or a 35-hour contract.
    • 12-hour shifts, with flexibility between daytime and nighttime hours.
    • Each shift includes a trained healthcare support worker.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive comprehensive support from our Nurse Manager to provide exceptional care.
    • Collaborate closely with the Nurse Manager Team for quality care delivery.
    • Maintain a consistent working schedule and coordinate with Care Coordinators.
    • Offer individualized support to a child with Cerebral Palsy.
    • Develop strong relationships with clients and families, working towards achieving personalized goals.
    • Potential for career growth into supervisory or management positions.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in caring for complex clients.
    • Valid Registered Nurse pin and clean record.
    • Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience.
    • UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
