About The RoleThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating high-quality pipeline for Account Executives.
This role operates on a 30% inbound / 70% outbound model,You'll qualify inbound and marketing-generated interest,
You'll partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies,
You'll support the growth of existing customers.
What You'll Do
* Generate qualified pipeline through a 30/70 mix of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting
* Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound activity (calls, emails)
What We're Looking For
* Strong work ethic with a will to win and comfort with high activity levels
* Proven ability to succeed in outbound-led roles (50+ calls per day)
