Sudale Search are delighted to be partnering with this growing, installation business in Tamworth.

We are looking for an EA to CEO and Leadership Team, who is forward thinking, proactive and that likes to go that extra mile.


As the EA to CEO and Leadership Team, you will provide a high level of confidential support in a secretarial and administration capacity.

This is a diverse role working in a fast-paced project driven environment.

For the EA to CEO and Leadership Team, you will be:

  • Providing comprehensive senior EA support.
  • Extensive diary management with the ability to coordinate, prioritise and reprioritise the demands of a busy everchanging diary.
  • Arranging meetings and appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Project Management.
  • Booking meeting rooms, order catering and ensure virtual calls are setup on the screen.
  • Print supporting document packs for meetings and papers for projects.
  • Production of presentations, diagrams, spreadsheets, agendas, minutes, board reports and other corporate correspondence.
  • Maintaining business systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, booking flights, taxis, and accommodation.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, and employees.
  • Processing and approving expenses.
  • Supporting the HR Director with HR activities.
  • Ordering stationery and IT equipment.
  • Managing sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working as an EA
  • Be able to work in an agile way to handle changing priorities
  • Be fully proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to explain complicated concepts with clarity and develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Be able to work quickly and multitask where required
  • Experience working in a fastpaced business
