    Service Engineer
    CNC
    North West : Manchester
    £41,000-£44,000 basic with a realistic OTE of 55K upwards,

    My client is a dynamic company with an impressive and growing portfolio of blue-chip clients from Airbus to Rolls Royce providing onsite service support.

    The company is undergoing an exciting period of growth and are looking to take on multiple multi-skilled field service engineers with experience in the machine tools industry to cover their international client base.

    The role is a fantastic opportunity to travel overseas to Europe and Beyond to assist German engineers with the installation and commissioning of Machine Tools and carrying out breakdown responses.

    Experience speaking German is preferable, but NOT essential.

    Requirements

    ·Electrically biased service engineer with a minimum of 2 years' experience within large machines within the machine tools industry.

    ·Experience commissioning and installing CNC machines.

    ·Understand machine alignments and geometry.

    ·Ideally qualified to HNC level or equivalent.

    ·Siemens Solution Line 840D and Fanuc controls experience preferable with the ability to read and follow the ladder and wiring diagrams.

    ·A solid grasp of PPM procedures

    ·Able to provide a high level of customer service to echo the tone of the brand.

    ·Computer literate

    ·A valid Passport for international travel.

    The Role

    ·A predominantly overseas role assisting the German Machine Tool Partner, but also assisting the UK team.

    ·Providing onsite service support to blue chip clientele.

    ·Commissioning and installing new CNC machines.

    ·Carrying out breakdown responses.

    ·Identify and rectify machine faults.

    ·Read and following ladder writing diagrams.

    ·Fulfilling paper-work requirements.
