As the business looks to enhance its operating efficiencies, supporting strong customer demand, they have a need for an experienced Operations Director.

Optimization of site operations encompassing production, assembly, and a complex component supply chain, enhancing program delivery
# Leadership and development of a site management team ensuring accountability and delivery of goals and objectives aligned with the Group Delivery of enhanced financial performance looking to improve margin capability, project execution, and overall business profitability
# Working with stakeholders in the commercial/sales teams to enhance customer experience and delivery through an improved S&OP process
# Extensive experience leading and managing industrial operations encompassing assembly, project engineering, lean manufacturing, and complex component supply chains
A demonstrable track record of using Lean/CI that has delivered significant improvements in operational performance
Experience leading multi-functional teams working across design, engineering, production, supply chain, and quality
A straightforward and inclusive leader who sets direction, goals, and process expectations that ensure accountability and performance delivery
Site P&L experience with an ability to ensure financial information and performance data is translated to leadership and team members effectively
