    Senior Recruiter-Permanent Division

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Recruiter - Perm Division. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle of perm candidates, from sourcing to offer stage. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for collaborating with the recruitment team as well as other departments of the company. While this role is based in London, there will be flexibility for some remote work.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing high calibre of candidates using the available tools providing shortlists for the most suitable role to the offer stage
    • Conducting CV's reviews and handling initial screenings and face to face interviews with candidates
    • Creating professional job adverts that reflects the brand and the role likeness and place them on the relevant platforms
    • Creating candidates profiles to be sent to the Recruitment Manager and to clients, accordingly with the Chimera standards
    • Developing relationships with candidates and building a pipeline onto the Chimera CRM database
    • Effectively coaching candidates on interview preparation and maintain a strong communication until the offer stage
    • Attending client meetings and support the recruitment manager when maintaining the communication with them, when needed
    • Collecting references and right to work documentation on candidates

    Qualifications

    • At least two years of proven experience as a Recruiter or a similar role a 180 desk
    • At least one year experience in supporting Recruitment Management when building a 360 desk is a plus
    • A solid track record of billing (£200,000 annually)
    • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail skills
    • Strong time and delivery management skills
    • Strong ability when it comes to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • At least two years of experience in fashion luxury retail, events, or hospitality staffing within a permanent division
    • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and tools
    • Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is optional
