***: We are recruiting for a Coordinator - Accounts Payable to join our Finance team in Salford. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of various accounts payable functions, including but not limited to, analysing and entering third party and inter-company invoices; researching and addressing internal and external stakeholder inquiries; maintaining reconciliations and day-to-day processing.

This role can be worked on a hybrid basis.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Analyzes and enters invoices into Accounts Payable system(s).
  • Reconciles accounts payable subledgers.
  • Processes accounts payable file uploads to SAP AP module.
  • Monitors and reconciles vendor accounts.
  • Manages internal and external accounts payable inquiries.
  • Processes refunds from vendors and customers.
  • Assists in the processing of 1099 MISC and 1099 NEC forms.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations and reporting.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Previous Accounts Payable experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problemsolving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fastpaced and deadlineoriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Selfmotivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary.
