My client is looking for a Business Development Manager with a background in care, it would be ideal if complex care.
The company are a growing, technology enabled organisation with big plans for 2023

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:

  • To identify areas to grow the business
  • To build and maintain relationships with the local authorities
  • Work with the team to create innovative ways to market the service
  • Open and close deals
  • Building relationships with relevant people within the sector

Business Development Manager Requirements:


  • Care experience ideally complex care but not essential
  • Proven track record of growing a business
  • Genuinely enjoys business development and building relationships
  • A people's person
