6 Month Ftc Administrator - Trumpington, United Kingdom - Bidwells
Description
We're looking for a well- experienced, efficient, and motivated Administrator to join us here at Bidwells You will directly report into one of our partners whilst also supporting the wider team. You will need to be a strong typist, have an eye for detail alongside strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
This is a full
- time/ part-time position, paying a competitive salary focusing on a varied and exciting set of tasks. The role will be based in our Head office in Trumpington with the opportunity to work from home sometimes.
What you'll be doing:
- Dictation and audio typing
- Undertake administration for the team to ensure the relevant paperwork and client files are kept up to date
- Help to prepare and draft correspondence, reports and schedules, minutes and agendas
- Responsive to incoming queries and is client centric at all times
- Photo and PDF stitching
- Organise esignatures and legal document tracking
- Minute/note taking at meetings, and printing, proof reading and binding of documents
- Maintain contact database and efficient filing system
- Arrange meetings (and refreshments when necessary), including conference and video calls and presentations
- Assist in proposal/bid creation often under tight timeframes
- Carry out such additional adhoc duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time, such as scanning and printing
- Comply with Bidwells policies and procedures
About you:
- Organised and professional
- Quick/ strong typist (at least an average of 60 words per minute), a test will be taken at interview stage
- Experienced audio typist
- Team player
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Packages
- Interpersonal skills
