Purpose of the post:


This an exciting opportunity to become our new Programmes Administrator, a brand new role within our organisation which will be central to supporting professional learning and development across Forward As One CE MAT and beyond.

The Programmes Administrator will work closely with our Director of Learning, Programmes Operations Coordinator and the ITT/ECF/NPQ Leads - supporting the high-quality delivery and mobilisation of all three programmes.

The postholder is responsible for delivering outstanding administrative support. The postholder will be responsible for handling queries from all stakeholders, ensuring a timely and professional response. This exciting role will require someone with experience of delivering excellent customer service. It is essential you have good organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, with excellent attention to detail.

You must be a strong team player in order to contribute to our _
#OneTeam_ with the ability to work independently with initiative seeking advice and support when needed.


Main duties & specific responsibilities:


  • Support the implementation and mobilisation of the Initial Teacher Training (ITT), Early Career Framework (ECF) and National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) programmes
  • Lead on the implementation of our marketing strategy, following the marketing schedule using a range of tools printed materials, social media and through our website to generate interest and signup to the programmes
  • Organising, booking, and scheduling conferences and events working closely with our Programmes Operations Coordinator
  • Assist with the setup and smoothrunning of conferences and clinics hosted within our partner schools setting up and liaising with Visiting Fellows (Facilitators)
  • Collecting and managing participant attendance data in a timely, secure, consistent and compliant manner following the appropriate processes and timelines to ensure it is up to date
  • Undertake administration duties, including confidential typing, photocopying and filing
