    We have 6000+ mast site locations, have connected 2000+ buildings and support 200+ outdoor networks. Our managed sites include some of the biggest, most challenging wireless environments in the UK, including railway stations, Canary Wharf, City of London and events like the London Olympics.

    Due to continued growth, Freshwave Group are looking for a Build Manager to join the team on 6-month initial contract.

    You will be expected to manage the fibre delivery teams, as well as overseeing suppliers and service providers, ensuring that contractual targets and deadlines are met.

    You will play a vital role in managing the relationships with key client stakeholders. Freshwave Group is a leading specialist provider of Outdoor Small Cells including network design, build, installation and maintenance services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Overall responsibility for meeting delivery targets across our Outdoor Small Cell delivery programmes
    • Managing the client relationship within the given region. (City of London)
    • Knowledge of NRSWA, CSCS card or ECS card
    • Managing the day-to-day interactions with Tier 2 suppliers and maintaining and growing supplier relationships
    • Management to existing processes and systems to support effective contract management and collaborative delivery
    • Leading the correct safety and quality behaviours across the build Skills and Qualifications
    • Responsibility for meeting delivery targets across our Outdoor Small Cell delivery programmes
    • Managing the client relationship within the given region (City of London)
    • Leading the correct safety and quality behaviours across the build.

    Requirements

    Knowledge and experience:

    • Previous experience of outdoor Small Cells including RF cabling
    • Knowledge of NRSWA,
    • CSCS card or ECS card
    • Understanding of PIA within BT Ducts
    • Qgis or similar knowledge
    • Very good communication skills
